The villa is built to a high standard in the traditional Mediterranean style, with cool marble floors throughout and lots of terracing where you can relax to enjoy the Cyprus sun.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
Up the winding marble staircase you will find another large bathroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom and the superb, first floor entertaining terrace which overlooks the Besparmak mountain range.
Outside, the garden has its own olive, lemon, orange, tangerine and peach trees and of course, that welcoming 10m x 4m pool surrounded by terraces with sun loungers and parasol.
Each bedroom has fitted warbrobes and air conditioning. One of the ground floor bedrooms has a patio door that opens onto the pool area, and the other onto smaller terracing.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, grill, toaster, kettle, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and drinking water cooler. There is also a CD player that will play CD's and MP3 discs.
Hot water is provided by solar power, of which there is no shortage!
